My 3DS XL stick fell off while I was playing Radiant Historiaerfect Chronology, the rubber grip was broken so I now need a completely new stick but the issue, I'm a quebecer and in Canada, there seem to be no way to buy one unless you order it from the state. Any idea what to do?

I also think it's super cringe how people will say only one side of the political spectrum isn't taking it seriously. Literally everyone isn't taking it seriously by going on vacations, partying, going to bars, etc. It's so obnoxious

Happy new year everyone, I hope for 2021 for the pandemic to end, a new Spyro game, normality to start to return and my 3DS XL stick repaired.

I made a long post detailing how my year had been but I realized it doesn't matter and just makes me sound like I'm making excuses for why I'm this way or why I feel so lonely despite the multiple people still trying to contact me. Everyone knows my word doesn't mean much because every time I promised I'd get help I just came back even worse. Well I finally pushed everything too far this last year and lost not only my best friend, but my wife. But as opposed to 2019, this time I felt like I truly lost control and could no longer stop myself from pushing away everyone in my life and destroying myself. So I guess I finally saw how bad I could get, but now that I'm stable again I'm starting off 2021 the same year I started off 2020, telling myself I'll never be like that again. I'm incredibly proud of myself for holding on this long and I think I'm gonna be okay now that I see things in my life calming down. I'm a bit nervous for the future but I refuse to live in fear of myself and I'm going to take back control of my life but this time I'm going to do things right. I keep telling people I'm better now and I'm not sick anymore but the best way to prove that is to live it each day and not let my past mistakes define me anymore.

Kind of a nothing year ended in nothing moment. Do the right thing and end up feeling miserable and do not do the right thing and still end up feeling miserable. Kind of running out of ideas how to create circumstances for being content with what is in this plain of existence.

almost a year of isolation. and at this rate, i expect another based off of everything going on in my area.

i'm so angry and sad because of this and several other things going on. it's really hard, but i have to keep trying to get a hold of my life, even if it seems like i won't be able to. if not for me, for my loved ones

Yikes, having a broken 3DS XL stick is far more annoying when you know you can’t go to a store to repair it and you can’t count on your father as he is deep in his own interests so no ordering one online either.

New year, time to put focus in things that will actually benefit me and not everyone else. I'm tired of sitting around for nothing and being unproductive. We got **** to do people!! Work time!!

I decided to get rid of Amino along with my account there recently. Just didn't seem all that mature or wholesome for the most part. Also realized I wasn't actually participating in many of the groups, sooo it wasn't contributing much to me, plus I needed to free up space on my smartphone anyway... So now, I'm here of all places.

kinda sad to see how absolutely dead this site is now... i remember when like 30 people were online at any given time and now its down to single digits. but at the same time im surprised the forum is even still up and running at all.

tbh the whole "with us or against us" mentality is bad to have. it just simplifies your views and everybody with a different view just gets some label slapped on to them. this usually happened a lot at my old job where managers were seen as lazy by workers because they didn't do a job for a lesser position. heck it happens all the time on this site and I'm guilty of doing it too

I wish things were just slightly different. I'm VERY grateful for what I have, but I feel like I'm never gonna get where I want to be.

But then again, maybe my goals are a little too unrealistic.

Disclaimer, not really about anyone on the site. Just something my mind is gnawing on for awhile and I realized some ****. So if you do read, this might help you with some people with red flags.

Ya know. Granted it's unhealthy to keep thinking about it, but thanks to a similar situation, I realized not only how actually toxic you can be but also how much of a snake you are. A cowardly one at that. To start:

-Going "Mentally I have not been doing well" can in fact come off as dodging confrontation. It doesn't really matter if you have god knows what, if you still did pretty ****ty things, you need to acknowledge it was pretty ****. Forgetting or not seeing how it can be bad, is more bad on you much more. Because it may show as you not giving a flying damn in the first place. Learn to try to keep track of your actions if you cared.

-Taking even cheap pot shots at those you harmed, yeah it just proves you're a awful person. There's no buts, ifs, or whats about it. That's ****ty and regardless if you did it now or way back then. People can still call it ****ty on that front because... It straight up is what it is.

-If your mental health is going down the drain, don't take it out on people or use them as get out of jail cards. If you in a mental drain, then go get help? Friends can literally only do so much to help. So far the only ways to better a personal situation is to do it yourself because I can only lead you to water, I can't make a person drink. Like you can pointed to the direction you want to go, but are you actually going to go?

-If you get called out on hypocrisy, you take it on the chin. No one likes it when "Oh I didn't do those things" when there is evidence of it. Idk going "nuh uh", sounds ****ty than going "Yeah I was pretty ****ty then. I grew up and got me some knowledge and I don't believe that is okay for me to do anymore". Ya see the massive difference? 1's growth and the other is just being a ****. Though if you use the latter sentence as a lie, then you evolved into a mega ****.

Extra disclaimer: Reiterating that it's not about anyone in particular here. It's the internet after all, we all find toxic people from other sites. Like how the earth revolves around the sun (not the world revolving around 1 person), we just move from place to place and experience similar. It's just nice to now think about the red flags and learn to avoid those people because people do hate change and it's their personal issues. You can only point and say "go there" and not much else really.

Today was a really really good day. That sorta balances out with the absolutely awful day I had a little over a week ago.
