Three Directs in a row without a general Direct...is that a new record?

Still no official release date for Xenoblade Chronicles remaster, still no news to what happened to SMTV or a hint on Metroid Prime 4, only specific games focused Direct, when will we get a real one? I need answers especially when everything huge is getting delayed.

Nintendo doesn't give release dates until they're sure (they're no Ubisoft or Squeenix) and that's not counting delays. Metroid Prime 4 we know they recruited Super Lucky's Tale devs for it and that's about it. However, I think they're trying to get a lot of big titles for either E3 or April, instead of having too many spread out Directs over a year.

Source? 'Cause as far as I know we never found out who was involved with the game officially.

We don't but they had(have, not all were filled) the job listings on their website specifically for the game, and they got two devs from the game with big plataformer experience.

Could they sneak in remasters of rares Gamecube/Wii games like Baten Kaitos or Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn or finally give us Wind Waker on Switch?

Knowing how likely delays will happen...even Xenoblade make me sad, as it’s not likely unless a miracle could happen and destroy that ****ty virus soon, that I will manage to easily get it if I can’t go simply buy a physical copy or a prepaid card(might tell my mom to do it for me if in May the crisis is not over)

Direct was alright. I'm guessing the pandemic probably played some role in this direct being underwhelming as hell but what can you do.

I forgot where but it was said somewhere that they’re patched in over time, not like an online thing which is nice. I can source this later but that’s what I keep hearing.

I was pretty shocked about it too when they briefly announced it in the Direct Mini. I'm really hyped to play it again as well.

It's all "development partners" and "previously announced games" and the Japanese tweet says it's around 10 minutes long so don't expect any of the Mario stuff that's been going around to be true, at least for now since they implied there will be more of these.

Can't wait for 10 minutes of Bakugan. I have absolutely zero expectations for this and can't wait to still be disappointed.

honestly wasn't expecting much from the direct tbh. (people need to stop hyping themselves up for directs). i only watched it because i couldn't sleep when i woke up

this game from the Japanese direct looks really pretty. not sure if its gonna look this pretty when it comes out tho

i mean all they did was make a tweet for a not even live direct the day before it premiered lol. its almost been a year since a real direct :(

2020 is almost over as well. expect most announcements being a 2021 release. although i do see botw 2 being a holiday release and the only big 1st party release because of how much can be reused from the first game.
