I really like soft over hard cookies. especially when mixed with milk :)

soft but especially those super soft ones from grocery stores
if i make them myself i usually intentionally slightly under bake them, especially the themed pillsbury ones

I eat raw cookie dough more than cookies themselves; soft and there's no better way.
