you just have to keep track of the start date of your cycle for a few months, say 4 months. count the days between the start date of your cycle and the day before your next one and mark it down. do if for the 4 months add the days in-between together and divide it by the 4 months. my period comes every 31 days about but because of other health conditions it varies somewhat. basically my cycle started this month on june 4 so next month it will start on july 5 and then august 5 and then september 5. i'm just adding 31 days (the cycle length) from the start date to figure out the next one. if you know the length of your cycle, you can easily estimate your next periods start date, pretty much.

it's not uncommon actually you wouldn't know. turns out a lot of girls just aren't taught probably about this stuff these days. i taught myself by researching it after kind of figuring it out on my own. i just wanted to know the specifics of the math to it.

you can keep track of it, or:
  • you can randomly stop menstruating for two years
  • finally go to your doctor after three
  • get prescribed estrogen pills, but feel extremely uncomfortable about it for some reason
  • realize "oh i'm probably trans"
  • decide to hormonally transition and take testosterone for the rest of your life
