I do the Leave As Many Compliments As I Can On Different People's Art challenge. I want to make other people feel good about their art, because I know I certainly don't about my own. It makes me feel a bit happier inside to comment things like "This has so much character!" and see little hearts pop up.

racism towards asians that resulted from the virus is quite silly. im glad china banned eating wild animals but having people constantly saying how they eat dogs and weird animals is just lowkey racism. its a very small minority that do this but hey it is how this whole virus thing started. americans also eat a **** load of processed food that is horrible and maybe worse than some weird animal. (idk about bats though)

And not only that, but Asia has so many different countries and cultures and they're all taking the fall. My bosses, who have completely accepted me into their family and I would defend every day all if I had to, are Asian. However, they're also vegetarian and have never eaten meat. So when a racist customer comes in, and would rather me serve them during this time. *****, I'm the one who eats meat, and I'm the most likely person I know to catch this virus.

And I'm not trying to say only defend them because I know them, I'll shut down any racist. I just needed to vent because low-key racism is something we deal with almost daily. Doesn't help we live in the south where literally everyone is racist

I get afraid I'm getting softer with age. More and more sad/disturbing movies make me stay longer just thinking and processing and the sadness affects other parts of the day. I'll probably bring this up with my therapist, but man it's fuel for paranoia that when more real sad things happen, I won't be able to handle it as well as I did before.

I don't draw for myself. I crave attention and validation. I'm staying up till 5AM, 8AM if I can help it, pushing to get something done. It's not a good feeling. And it doesn't make things better when I post to other websites and get the smallest of feedback. The way my brain is wired now, nothing is ever good enough. I get excited and happy when I see the likes and then completely deflate by the time ten seconds is up.

I think I'll need a break from the web soon. I say this and yet whenever I do I feel sad and whenever I don't I feel sad.

Study study study! If you have time to prepare, it's completely valid to study similar poses, anatomy, etc, then do your own take on what you want to draw.

I know what you’re thinking, this is some kind of funny joke, but no. sP is a piece of ****.

A damn ****poster got picked over actual posters to be a mod and he’s supposed to be a hero? And I can’t even tell you how many damn times I’ve seen a great parking space only to turn the corner and realise sP is already parked there in his stupid little ******* convertible. He took my wife and the kids and my house and my job. I swear to ******* god, sP has ruined my family. Last summer, I approached the miserable **** in the street, and asked him for his autograph, because my son is a huge fan. The ***hole gave me the autograph and told me to burn in hell. Later, when I gave my son the autograph he started crying and said he hated me. Turns out the ****bag didnt write his autograph, no, he wrote “you’re a piece of ****, and i ****** your mom”. I’m now divorced, and planning a huge class-action lawsuit against the devil that ruined my life.

After being told countless times by my fellow peers over the last few days that I'm a lot more socially mature when neccessary than a lot of people despite my age, it amazes me seeing how far I've come. It can only grt better from here.

imo fr is a really boring game. idk i just cant get into it-it doesnt have the level of depth that neopets has. i dont mingle with the community that much but if they're anything like u said i will prolly stay away anyways.

conversely, i quite like magistreams community. they're very nice.

when i'm really scared, my emotions are usually automatically suppressed. it's not conscious and doesn't go away until i feel safe. it's kinda scary, really.

i think that's why i might have trouble connecting with others? i'm thinking about this a lot, because i made a lot of strides this year that have been undone due to corona. and if i ever want to make money as an artist i'm gonna need those skills

I paid for like $30 worth of gems and they kicked me out of my account hours later because my sister and kite had accounts on the same IP. Didn't give me a single way to get that nice chunk of money back either LOL. The admins just told me to make a new account and ignored my request.

Tbh I just think the site is a waste of time at this point. Even kite lost a good amount of money because they banned him too. I used to be really invested in it, but there's better pet sites out there with much better staff and a MUCH less nasty fanbase.

Yeah, but not a whole lot of them have dragons and stuff to do while you wait for more dragons.

That said, kinda felt good for the fanbase to gather to yell at them for Glowtail last week. They were DEADASS trying to push an extremely cheap gene, just like Keel, as gem content, and their excuse was that their automatic gene coloring couldn't handle anything that look good (Then don't release it smartasses). A mod had to step in and give them a kinda obvious fix. Stormlight clearly gets a bit of a power trip knowing people will fight amongst themselves over what type of criticism is okay and acceptable and never give a solution, but this time it was like 90% focused anger.

ceilings with texture stuff make me unconformable and I can't look at them

Sonic is fifteen years old and arguably even younger in the film. I don't want to see him looking into the camera with big goo-goo eyes and huffing and puffing. Falling back on aging up makes you suspicious, too.

Actually can we all just not parade around our personal labels? Especially if we are gonna be major league dicks? Because believe it or not, when you say that you are [insert race/sexuality/gender/or even furry] and then proceed to be a Ablest or some other actually toxic **** on twitter or twitch, people will actually link such labels and think of them as a negative and will be damn phobic about it. I know literally everyone has bad eggs, but holy **** with the things I see on twitter I just want to punt a particular ***** to the moon.
