tbh I genuinely wish I paid more attention to his posts. What's left is conspiracy fiction level entertaining but there's a lot I'll never actually get to read.

This is going to sound very uncool but I've kinda been thinking of doing an oral history-ish (for lack of a better term) thread on old (i.e. pre-last offtopic board purge) dS for nostalgiaposting purposes, but I don't think there'd be a lot of interest for people to contribute. Think most people understandably don't wanna be tied to a bunch of weird, 7-13 years old posts they made when they were bored on a purple dragon forum. In hindsight, the huge topic purges might've been a relief for some people. I think it's only karma that the people I would make fun of back then for being nerdy or whatever probably have less of a nostalgia fixation about an internet site.

looking through old threads on here is great, i always find gold that i'd forgotten about or completely passed me by when i was younger. i think it would be awesome to have some kind of darkSpyro historical society or some **** where we share stories and pictures.

Yeah for sure. I did have dozens of screenshots from 2011-2012 that are all probably gone. They're resting on a dying iMac that is either in some storage shed or scrap metal. I uploaded some back then, but for some reason I thought imageshack was the way to go, so those are all gone now.

Right. I had some deleted threads saved to my subscriptions years ago (only the titles were viewable) but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Dunno if dark did a total purge or fixed that bug/quirk with subscriptions. Supposedly when Wild (RIP) became a mod they were able to view posts in the deleted Get That Page threads? I don't really remember.
