to make this scatter effect on Photoshop, put a new layer, put white squares over the forgotten ones, then turn on a layer mask and paint over them with a splattery brush on black to show just a tiny bit of it; alternatively erase at random on Paint

Someone on Discord was left with a whole 3, it's not even enough to make a team. It's probably especially bad if you're a competitive type since OU was massacred down to 10+Toxapex.

I don't actually know, just the numbers and that Toxapex kinda just had all of its counters removed until Turtonator gets a set adjustment.
