someone told me that they sometimes sit outside the gym window eating kfc for everyone inside to see ;p
but seriously, i don't know what they're like over there, but gyms here are a complete waste of money. why spend $30+ a week when you can work out at home for free?? |

I have actually read that eating after a workout can help ease the muscle soreness.

my mom and my sister have a planet fitness membership and that lets them bring along 1 guest for free. so whenever they go i just go and i don't pay a thing. i think their regular membership is $10 a month. so it wouldn't be too bad if i actually wanted a membership. i just wanna lose like 15 pounds because i weighed 109 a few years ago and now i weigh 124...but i get really really bad cravings after i work out. i can't help myself lol

You need more protein if you have bad cravings a lot. If you don't eat a lot of sugary and fatty foods the cravings will eventually stop, or at the very least not be as bad.
A bad diet and exercise is what causes skinnyfat. Try meal prepping and bringing healthy snacks with you to the gym so that way you can grab something quick before you can get home and make something. I'd suggest bringing a protein shake though. I use Vega almond and coconut, but they have a post-workout powder too.

My diet is dreadful.
I say I want to start eating better, I either hate the healthier foods or am to scared to try them. Then when I'm really hungry I crave something and either spend the day craving it or when it's pizza, I order it. Then I look at myself, think I look awful and saying I need to eat better. And now I'm sad.
