^might i just chime in here on the pc thing?

as someone who owns a very high end pc (mostly not for games, but i have used it), by all meaning, i do believe that pc is superior to gaming consoles in performance/storage/convenience. the price tag is higher, but if you know what you're doing, you can get a very nice pc build that is close to double the level of current gen systems, for less than double the price.

if they released crash (which i have not played, so keep in mind that this is speculation to some degree) i would certainly assume that the games performance would benefit from being played on pc opposed to a console system. consoles are sold for the cash, and hardcore gamers nowadays, and they do sell, so make them they will. however, i have never seen a console outperform what a PC is capable of, even at lower prices on the pc.

ps4 is capable of 60fps, but a pc can hold that 60fps longer and run it faster and smoother. i mean, if they wanted that, it would've made sense. unless, yeah, they specifically wanted it on 30fps.

as a note, i'm not agreeing or disagreeing with anything or anyone here specifically, i'm just stating my experience/facts about video games and the pc platform since it was brought up, and i happen to know about it.

i've no gripe with either one of you.

well, I meant it in the sense that it is gamers who they are targeting consoles at nowadays, with online, 4k, strange features, and the like. I guess, idk, like people who want the latest system, newest specs, etc.

i see what you're saying, though. i guess pc to me has always attracting, like, geeks and framerate junkies. people who want to push games as far as they can go, rather than competitive.

I'm still confused? The discussion started because ZapNorris posted about a rumor that the N. Sane Trilogy was coming to the Switch.
Then I looked into the rumor and discovered that the rumor also said that it was evidently coming to PC, but I highly doubt it's true and thus posted my opinion on the matter.

Then Drawdler posted what she did, so I'm not entirely sure I get what you mean. I'm not trying to be rude, btw, I'm just curious as to what you meant.
