The Incredible Bulk gets a cameo in the final scene, where he's seen running away from the explosion that destroys New Dong City. He'll probably get a bigger role in the inevitable crappy sequel or something. Maybe.

IDK about Avatar. IIRC those Earth Tribe guys were in there somewhere, I think there was an hour long dancing scene where they were trying to lift a rock to attack Bob with.
