Rick and Morty fans really know how to kill a joke quick. i'm kind of tired of Pickle Rick already...It was funny when first revealed but by the time we got the Pickle Rick episode I couldn't help but feel tired of the joke.

What happened

I honestly don't get why people want to get super flagged. Not only are all of your posts gonna get deleted ruining pretty much every topic you posted in ruined but now you can actually break people's pm inboxes without any consequences. I feel like people only want to get super flagged is because of how cool it sounds instead of getting ripto or leaving and forgotten. Honestly super flagging yourself is super selfish as it ruins topics just because you want to leave and in spyrobaros case it killed a topic with over hundreds of confessions in it. The problem with people these days on darkspyro is that they get to emotional over a site about a purple dragon thinking that they sold their souls to this site. But in reality it's just a forum about a dragon. If you want to leave then just leave, no need to have a huge attention whoring moment because you want strangers to know that you want to get banned (Brightscales, greeny, arceustheprime, toynerd, etc) or better off just don't leave. Just take short breaks from the site and visit every other day or week or month or so and cool down from your boredom or frustrations

Toynerd left for actual reasons tho? People on Discord probably know a lot more than I do, but it was genuine reasoning and he actually wants to come back someday when his situation is better.

Now, I think superflagging is definately a big case of misusing a tool. As people said, that's for spammers and people that want to remove potentially private information from the internet. Just ask for a ripto instead of causing forum-wide trouble, so many came back with a new account and didn't even make an effort to hide anyway.

Eh, I dont think superflagging is that big of a deal, tbh. If they feel more comfortable with it for whatever reason, then let them go with it. Although, maybe deleting all their posts and PMs, while keeping their topics would be better

If Dark is the one handing them out, he probably only barely knows the users to begin with, let alone how many threads will get nuked.

They can't distinguish like that. It is permanent and wipes ALL posts, past, present, & future, no exceptions. It's more or less, just click a button and the user is wiped away from how it was described before. There's no real settings other than selecting the user in question.

As noted above, it's basically where a mod pushes a button that then automatically deletes EVERY post a user has ever made and then sets the system to automatically delete every post they ever will make. It basically is like a mod tool to nuke a user's existence off the site and is designed to be reserved for very special, emergency cases like users who spam porn in every board and numerous topics rather than trying to ban them then delete every post and pray you got them all.

As for who it happened to: Spyrobaro, Cynderfan, & StriderSwag's account known as "Kyubey" all requested this to be done to them. Which is the issue we're discussing. As it is an option that cannot be undone that is sort of last resort nuclear option kind of feature that it really isn't something that someone should be allowed to request be done to them. It also causes problems as noted with the Confessions topic as it is a "V2" as the original one was created by Baro and deleted when she was superflagged. It only really serves as a way to leave the site while also inconveniencing others in the process.

Well, with both franchises at their state, the forum is quite bleak. Would also get a Discord just in case but my PC currently can't handle anything properly(last attempt I think I made several guest accounts and I was either invisble or couldn't hear the call)and'll be some time until we even have money to replace it.

I don't like how the birthday cards at work make it seem like it's OK to be an alcoholic. A lot of them are about wine and just drinking over all. The beer ones are targeted to men, while wine ones are aimed at upper class women. I don't think we should have cards for that kind of stuff, because it'll make people think, as I said, that it's ok to be an Alcoholic, especially if it's given to one. Having a beer or some wine is fine on occasion, but it's not something that shouldn't be consumed daily.


Hopefully I was clear enough on this, it's just been on my mind for a while, formed by personal reasons.

Honestly not sure if this belongs here or in Personal Thoughts, but it feels more like a confession about dS, so...

I'm sorry about my more recent behavior. I know I have an attitude and a short temper, and I'm really not happy about having those, myself. I'm very passionate, and I don't always choose the best words to describe how I feel.

With any of the forums I'm on, I don't have a group of friends that I can talk with about the things I enjoy, and I often have to put up with almost non-stop trolling and flame wars when it comes to those things, which has really been getting to me recently and causing me to have an unfriendly attitude. There's also been a real-life problem I'm going through, which I'd rather not go into detail about, but it's certainly not helping my attitude either.

I know that I might have been kind of obnoxious in the past, probably still am, and I admit that there were a few times I really lost my cool for multiple reasons.

Sorry about the small wall of text. Just wanted to get this out, and get it off my mind.

I legitimately think Jontron is brilliantly funny. From the effort of put into the jokes, the subtle ones that take multiple views to notice the reactions, the acting, the movement, the hesitation, everthing. His comedic timing is just spectacular.

Knowing him since GG, not too sure about changing his views, he can be headstrong about simple videogames already. However, everyone deserves second chances, and if Jontron doesn't dig that up again as some "valiant" effort against the SJWs, I'll keep on watching if the quality stays.

I feel like he's the kind of person who'd apologize just to get people off his back about it and save his reputation idk. I doubt he's put that much thought into why what he said was wrong (but that's just me). I used to really like him so it's disappointing.

The stuff he said was kinda racist. NOWHERE near what we're seeing lately, though - he's still a cool guy in every other aspect and until now stopped insisting on his point of view; if he had sided with those groups then we'd be looking at a very different tone on his return. He's still inside the line of separating creation from creator to me, but if he blows it again, there'll be no defending.

Just my two cents, despite all that went on, I never stopped liking JonTron content.

I listen to music from racist bands like Deathspell Omega, Impaled Nazarene, Drudkh, and Incantation but their music sounds great. So I keep listening anyways. Same principle.
