It's cosplay/con time again...

Yet I don't really feel up to it this year. :/

I planned on making/finding parts for a new outfit last year, but I had neither the time or money to do so, and I've had a lot of stressful issues to deal with in the past few months that's made me so apathetic and tired that I just want to rest. Also, there's a very high chance that if I go, I'll run into a "friend" who I met at a con last year who became uncomfortably clingy and would not take a hint. I really don't want to go through that **** again.

Just throw me your opinions on this pointless matter. Should I stay or should I go? [/songreferencenotintended]

Don't let that one clinger deter you. If they don't get the hint, tell them how you really feel and set them straight.
Find something inexpensive to dress up as so you don't have to miss out this year. You can do a lot for just a few Jacksons.

I know I'm not letting anything stop me from going to this upcoming con, my set is pretty much ready for action.

a guy who groped me in high school went to a con i went to but i didn't see him there at all. so i would still go; also if you dressed up you would be harder to recognize

also if there's a big name there you wanna meet i would say go. the last con i went to i dropped everything to go last minute because timothy zahn was there, and he was super sweet in person. i got free autographs and a photo with him and met another author i liked

Well Christopher Lloyd and Jess Harnell will be there so that got my interest.

And I still have my Vault Dweller cosplay from last year, so I could still make it work...
