I found a cat- help?

So I was walking around my neighborhood and I found this cat that looked very agitated but also wounded. We don't have stray cats in our area so I figured he was a runaway. I've taken him back to my house and put a leash on him until I can figure out what to do, but I think going door to door down my street with him or printing out some found cat signs would be a good idea. Here's a picture of him hanging out in my living room:

thanks i gave it some milk and now its breaking windows with a baseball bat

i dont even know how its holding the bat its just dragging the bat in its mouth and committing crimes
