I like being white and I don't care if I'm called a fascist or racist for it.

im proud to be an american, thats prerry unpopular too.

Maybe on the world stage or in Europe it is but in the US itself the patriotic nationalism can be pretty annoying. Enough so where I will often actively cheer against them in world sporting events (WBC and Olympics for example) because I'm just not up for hearing about how great we are when, especially right now, we're having some issues.

I can't talk too much though. I'm from a city notorious for being up their own ass about how great they are and I'm absolutely guilty of it.

Yeah i disagree since if we want change allow kids expose them to mature and adult stuff, like there´s nothing wrong with that and yet people think i´m crazy and wrong oh boy people are so oversensitive these days.

We need to stop restricting kids form those things they´re missing big time. I´m getting tired of people hating me because of this like when someone will truely agree with me?

There´s a difference with "Mature" media and naturally Maturing. Like they shoulden´t be restricted to swearing and stuff. Adults are so overprotective about showing this stuff to kids, like come on, like when you´re kid you didren´t saw inapropite images, etc.

Like, yea we as a society dubbed these words bad, but if they're allowed to be exposed to one thing that's deemed bad, that basically nullifies all rules, you can't have it both ways, you can't pick and choose, if you let little kids be exposed to stuff like that then by the logic presented they should be able to watch R rated movies, oh wait, those would give them nightmares, well then just let em watch porn....But then they might get an unhealthy idea about sex and take it out on someone...Okay so let them have sex then....Wait then they'd get pregnant and possibly rape through urges....But, but swearing's okay right? it's not like having no boundaries would make children develop badly and have them turn out mentally unstable where they think they can do and say anything, right????

Oh my gosh all of this argument because of that.

Why do people care so much for kids in the first place.

Just don't show the stuff to them and that's it. If you show them, at least explain how it's wrong and stuff.

And I can't help but think KeybasHedKey started to have this opinion after some frustrating personal event that she couldn't see some R-Content or people think something she likes is childish.

Also, I don't want to sound annoying or anything, but I think Sesshomaru75 was a bit too... Rude on his responses. I just think it's best to be a little more calm.

Right... The part you and 84 don't seem to be understanding (For whatever idiotic reason, since it's basic common sense) is that kids are really impressionable.

I understand children are impressionable. But I don't see a reason as to why they shouldn't repeat it. If it's handled in a similar to fashion as in the articles I linked above, there shouldn't be a problem now should there?

If there's something I'm not understanding, please educate me on it rather than to leave me in the dark and still hoping for me to understand your side. But from what I've seen all you've been saying is "Kids can't see it because that's bad because they'll repeat it because that's bad because it is!" I'm not seeing anything substantial.

I'm all for debating this and having a conversation about it. But if you're just going to go into insulting and being disrespectful because of having a different opinion I'm backing out, since you haven't really provided anything substantial anyway.

Kids who learn swears(especially slurs) will misuse them 4 times out of 5. Even my usually well behaved neighbors get pretty rude if they think yelling the f-word is just an anyday expletive.

Well, yeah, but it's also not an end-all to the person's argument. If a person thinks we should stop pollution because chemicals are making food taste worse, yeah they're wrong and it's worth a try educating them, but dismissing someone who's already on your side is kind of counterproductive. Way too many idiots parade around how wrong that person is and how they "won" the argument instead of trying to have an actual discussion.

To certain extent, I agree. If it is about cold, sientific facts, then there are such things as wrong or right. But as far as moral, ethics and values are concerned, there are no either absolute wrong or right opinions. There are only different goals and subjective solutions to problems depending on the wished outcomes of those certain goals.

Teeth are no big deal to me, but there is one thing I really appreciate with them sometimes- gaps in central incisors. They're really cute and much better than "perfect" teeth IMHO (though there's nothing wrong with those, and their cleanliness is appealing when the mouth is such a dirty spot, they also don't have that charm). Central incisor gaps always add so much personality, and being teeth you just see them when whoever has the gap is talking or smiling or something, which makes it that much better when you notice them.
Georgia May Jagger is a bae and that little gap just makes her look so memorable. She wouldn't be the same without it and I'm super glad she embraces it.

(Also yes I realised I liked this because of JoJolion. Gappy is really cute.)

... Dammit, I just got past my face and now I'm starting to feel hung up on all the bits of my teeth that are chiped from bruxism :/

I have this and I hate it and I try not to smile and I'm tryna get it fixed cuz I hate my smile

Agreed. Parts of Idiot Abroad (which is most of the show) where he is out of his comfort zone are always garunteed to be TV gold. If Karl seen what Ricky and Steve do as bullying, he wouldn't of agreed to doing 3 series of the show and would of went his own separate way from the very start.

Star Wars is extremely overrated. Aside from The Force Awakens, I didn't think any of the films were that special and I really have no desire to return to them. I've seen A New Hope five times (4 out of 5 were not my choice) and I don't ever want to see it again.

The Force Awakens is a overhyped pile of ****, i assume you watched the others after TFA. The force awakens is a horrible film that killed Star Wars, and tricked a New generation of Star Wars fans that this is what Star wars is all about.

And Star Wars is....? Do enlighten me, because I'm sure that we always had a chosen one of mystic power (maybe?) related to major characters from legend that's fighting in a space war, usually a rebellion, against an evil army with a powerful manipulator at the head and his main minion being ANOTHER person related to major characters from legend. Oh yeah, and the chosen one is seeking knowledge from the legends as generations have caused it to be forgotten by nearly everyone.

Eh, I hate to start a dogpile, but I really take issue with the elitist mentality people take with nostalgic properties. TFA was a good movie and got me interested in a franchise I never thought I'd be into. I'm sorry you didn't like it, but don't hate on the people who got into it because of the bad thing.

That'd be if I shat on a kid for getting into Ninja Turtles through Next Mutation, lol. If you seek out the other iterations afterwards, then what's the big deal?
