He was a really gross dude who targeted female users and sent PMs to them. I don't remember many details because I wasn't involved, but, uh, yeah. Maybe someone else has more info?

It's actually an Adventure Pack wich includes a Sansae Mattusa figure, the Woman Stalker Location Piece, and a Creation Crystal. Then you can collect a Story Scroll, but it's locked behind an Elemental Gate from a different Element than Mattusa.

Okay, I went digging to look for more info!
Mattusa was a guy with some mental problems. He sent PMs to female users asking for phone numbers and stuff and came across as a bit pedophile-ish. He was banned a few years ago.
