are you more optimistic or pessimistic?

I'm kind of a mix of both. I can be really negative about things at times but I can also be hopeful about some things. It depends on what the subject is.

with myself to my thoughts im frequently putting myself down and always thinking negatively. with my friends i'm more positive and encouraging with a few joke about depression and loneliness.

so both i guess

I tend to try my best to keep an optimistic outlook on most things, but can be very pessimistic regarding myself. I'd say I'm definitely more optimistic on a whole though, as I do try and see the light in any given situation, regardless of the circumstances.

I try to stay optimistic with things that aren't personal, but I can get super negative mentally when thinking about things that are inside.

I mostly just pretend to be optimistic around people sometimes. I'm usually pretty pessimistic.

I try to be as optimistic as possible, but there are some things that get me livid, tho that ends up short term because I get them off my chest ASAP
