That's right ladies and gents, its time for Greeny's biannual power trip.
I'm tired of the way things have been. Your old president, Baro, is nowhere to be found. I'm hereby taking the forum by force, and installing a new government. My government, united under Empress Greeny's rule. You can either submit, or you will perish. Rebel, protest, fight back, but it will always end in either you caving to my rule, or you end up in the ground with your insurrection forgotten to time. So everyone, here's the lowdown.

The 10 Commandments of Her Exalted Empress Greeny:
1. Mods will, of course, be allowed to continue their jobs. I see no reason to get in the way of justice, and I'm sure we can coexist peacefully.
2. I hereby declare every February 6th to be "Empire Day", on which we celebrate my Empire's power. There's no need for gifts, no need for parades, only respect and admiration towards those running our glorious forum.
3. If you sufficiently please me, you may gain a place in the new government, and you will become a part of Her Imperial Circle of Trustees. Those who are already welcome to join my Empire are TheFlyingSeal, Sesshomaru75, willspyro, thumper, Greeble, froggyfroggy33, Iceclaw, Crystal Dragon, Bumblebunnii, HeyItsHotDog, Riolu-Blue-247, and any mods.
4. Any persons from Australia, Wyoming, or El Paso will be used for hard labor. But not slave labor, that's just cruel and I have morals. You ****ers better be good at cultivating beautiful gardens.
5. I will pour every available resource into furthering the arts, especially for children. We need the faces of the future Empire to be the brightest people on the planet.
6. All Red Sparx will be drafted into the First Infantry of the Glorious Empire. This is non-negotiable, but as long as there's no resistance, there's no need for them to fight.
7. All topics about Her Exalted Empress Greeny and Her Imperial Circle of Trustees must be approved by a rotating board, consisting of those within Her Imperial Circle of Trustees. If you are found guilty of treasonous topics, we will laugh at you and publicly shame you, damaging your reputation.
8. Flag submissions are always welcome, however they must include the Empire's colors (purple and black) and the Imperial Symbol, Dragen.
9. You may come to Her Exalted Empress Greeny with any issues with her Empire. From there I will decide whether your criticisms are valid or not, and I will take them into account if they are. A happy Empire is a strong Empire.
10. Insurrection will not be tolerated.

Violation of Commandment 10 is very serious, and will lead to... well, you don't want to know what it will lead to. But now, this is the dawn of a new reign. An Empire, united under Her Exalted Empress, one that will lead to safety, peace, and prosperity for all under my rule.
