Frederation Studios Is Doing a Animation Based on a Video Game

In a recent Nickelodeon Podcast, Fred Seibert of Frederation Studios (studio mostly known for Adventure Time and The Fairy OddParents) said they were working on a animated project based on a "30-year old" video game franchise, that "was on their shop for 12 years".

This fits in a recent rumor that a new animated show based on the Mario franchise was going to be released on Nickelodeon.

I used to love Cartoon Hangover (Bravest Wariors, and also Bee and Puppycat) , until they announced they've been sitting on their new cartoons waiting for their fans to pay monthly service of streaming... :/

This is interesting news, however! so I'll look into seeing more news. in the future.

The dude at the podcast didn't said Nintendo. The article says Nintendo but he just said a "30-year old video game franchise".

Also Pac-Man is owned by Namco Bandai. Not Capcom.

I thought the Pac-Man cartoon was decent.

Also, considering Disney smilie has Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures and Cartoon Network has Sonic Boom, if Nickelodeon DOES have a Mario cartoon in its future, that would be HILARIOUS!
