In some states it's like 15 as long as the age gap isn't above like 10 years or something, which is really sick.

But, girls who are 17 years old, often are that age where they become sexually attractive, maybe even a year or so before. Some one whose 18-22 or so (give or take a year) being attracted to some one whose sexually mature is only natural. If a 18 year old guy is attracted to at 17 year old girl (or the exact opposite) there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

I agree with Sess. If my 17/18 year old daughter is dating some one in their early twenties, as long as they're a good person, then I'm fine with it.

I know a 21-year-old guy who's engaged to a 17-year-old girl. They got together a few years ago and have had sex multiple times.

While there's nothing morally wrong with their relationship, as they do truly love each other, it's definitely legally wrong (at least in our state), and if word got out, he'd have to register as a sex offender.

Insulting Windumup's writing when people had finally gotten tired of the subject is a good damn start to have a response and a resulting flamewar. It may not be rooting for people fighting, but it's also adding fuel to the fire.
