1. I'm gonna ask a serious question here; What doesn't offend you? 'Cause it seems like you get offended a lot, to a ridiculous extent over ridiculous things.
2. He wasn't even using the term to marginalize anyone, so please chill out and relax. No need go to war when there's no war to be had.
3. Neither his post, or the topic as a whole, had anything whatsoever to do with disabilities, marginalized groups, etc., etc.

1. There's plenty of things that don't offend me. Broadway doesn't offend me. Mariah Carey and other such artists don't offend me.
3. Except "deal with it" is a term typically directed toward people with depression. Suck it up is another term used like that. Just seeing either term upsets me. But you can at least know that it is relevant.

Also the phrase "Deal with it" can be directed towards anyone. Not just people with Illnesses (mental or physical). Granted the phrase is annoying as all hell, but you actually need to calm down and not drag in irrelevant things to start a fight. Like if the phrase bothers you so much, you can just be a better person an walk away from the scenario instead of not thinking twice on what you post.

So, who would I protect? A lot of users come to mind. Some of my closest friends, naturally, like Shadmé, Prex, EyeBrawler, and BlackWing. There are other users that, while I wouldn't call them my "friends", I'd save them on the principle that they're my friends' friends.
