I decided to "stalk" my girlfriend (who I am on break with at the moment, but that's off topic)'s youtube subscription feed so I can see which youtubers she likes
Found several vevo channels, and even found out she is a Meganizer (Megan Nicole fan) and watches Tobuscus AND Pewdiepie.

Now to plot how I can use this knowledge to surprise her

Maybe you should just wait til you're not on a break before you do anything. I mean judging from your sig you should probably just take it easy and maybe talk to someone.

Sorry, off topic but maybe change your sig, I don't want others who have gone through that to see it and relapse.

Just speaking from my own personal experiences here.

1. Don't do that. You're going to (if you haven't already) come off as creepy and desperate. It's not cute, it's not loving, it sends the wrong message. If you're already on shaky ground, doing something like what you proposed certainly won't help your case. Like Lunarz pointed out, your signature isn't exactly helping either, it just serves to show you're giving into a problem people have urged you specifically not to give into. It's a slippery slope, and definitely not one you want to go down. It also serves to make people pity you, but you don't need pity, you need empathy. You'll get some empathy by not sulking about it and stalking her, and instead trying to work through it. The people that have the most profound impact aren't here to kiss your ass, just kick it if that's what you need. Just work through it without being creepily obsessive.

2. If she thinks a "break" is going to help, just break up with her, she's not worth your time. From my personal experience, every time they've gone on a "break", they take that as a "I'm gonna go **** whoever I want without consequences" card, instead of actually using it to think about the relationship you should be trying to salvage or end. It's a cowardly way out of an issue, and if she stoops to that level, she isn't worth your time. There's plenty of fish in the sea, go catch a better one.

I may be a stupid, horny teenager who has never been with a girl in my life, but clearly you need to find better soulmates that are willing to... be soulmates

Note: By surprise her, I mean mention I watch PewDiePie/Tobuscus (ok I watch Tobuscus less often now, but I would still watch his lets plays) and listen to the music artists she appears to like.
And then ask her something like "hey do you watch/listen to entermusicartistoryoutuber as well?" knowing full well that she does. She will say yes, and then we can discuss our favorite songs/letsplays.

Not like go get her an autograph from Pewdiepie or whatever and be like "I know you like Pewdiepie so I got an autographed picture of him for you".

I mean first off that isn't even a surprise, second of all, if you're on a break why are you still talking? How are you both supposed to figure out what you want and how you feel if you're still talking to her

iirc windumups gf wanted a break from their relationship, windumup had a signature to do with them cutting their arm and now this

For those saying a break is a death sentence it doesn't necessarily have to be. ID and I took a break at one point and came back a bit better. Admittedly this was toward the waning months of our relationship so it could be considered a sign of things to come, but I'm not so sure about these things anymore.
