StriderSwag Gold Sparx Gems: 2769	#1 Posted: 21:42:37 16/11/2016 \| Topic Creator yeah thats right *****es, im an aunt anyways, she wants something called a "hatchimal" (idk what the kids are into these days) but theyre sold out everywhere in my city and theyre scalped like crazy ive been looking all day for one thats less than 120 bucks but i cant seem to find any, could someone give me some help yo?

Ask when they get a shipment at Target, Toys R Us, Walmart, wherever you're trying to buy them, and whenever they get a shipment in, just call and ask if they got any hatchimals in before they open (or if they arrive late at night after the store has closed, call then and make sure to arrive early and stand in front of the store so nobody can get ahead of you). That's how I got mine, and there were a couple other people out there obviously trying to scalp them. TRU was giving rainchecks for their store exclusive a week or so ago, but I think they stopped doing that now.
But according to reviews, hatchimals sometimes just decide to not work, so you might buy one and then it doesn't work for your niece.

Basically what you had to do to find Amiibos before they became more common, yeah. I do this a lot for skylanders, and it definitely helps. I was at TRU when they opened a couple of days ago and they got a shipment, and there was this family that managed to buy 5 hatchimals. I was able to get one because I was there right as the doors opened, but if you're not there the second the doors open, you're going to be basically out of luck. They do limit people to 1 per customer now, but apparently people can get more than 1 as long as they check them out 1 at a time at different cash registers.

Those budsies are pretty cool, and very high quality. I have two of them, and I like them a lot. They do almost exactly the drawing you send them though, so you want to make sure it's perfect before you send it in. One of my characters has a kind of messed up lumpy arm because of a mistake in my drawing. I think there are also discounts you can find online, but I'm not sure where. And if you go through a referral link from someone, you get 10% off, plus the person whose link you went through gets a 20 dollar buddies gift card. I have a referral link, but I'm sure posting it is against the rules.

When you think children actually fall for this, you're probably not buying xmas presents for anyone yet

I love seeing the well behaved kids on the family get the gifts they want. They don't throw a tantrum, they're soo excited to play with everyone but wait if we're busy. Seeing respectful kids happy makes me happy, especially since no one in family's that wealthy so it doesn't happen as often as we wish.
