She feels more like Deadpool than Bayonetta to me, being honest.

Okay, on a more serious note, really all that Bayonetta and Nightfall have in common is using their hair for attacks.
Tidepool on the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if they took some inspiration from. British accent, she appears to summon creatures for attacks (granted marine life is a totally different thing from demons), and the fact that her artwork and figure pose are very similar to poses Bayo's made in her artwork.

And also Nightfall sucks.
In Imaginators, at least.
