Except for the fact that, you know, he just named Stephen Bannon (a man with known ties to the alt-right whose "news outlet" Brietbart peddled conspiracy theories as news stories) as his chief strategist (aka the guy who helps shape POTUS's policy).

I think more than anything, people afraid of Pence should be afraid of Trump having a miserable time, getting fed up, and quitting (alternatively, royally ****ing up and getting hauled before Congress). Or be worried for 2020, because it's been pretty obvious during Pence's tenure as a governor that he has White House aspirations. Why else would he agree to be Trump's babysitter when a number of prominent Republicans gave him the cold shoulder?

First off, being gay and having gender identity crisis are two different things. If you're gay, then you can learn to accept that you just happen to like ones with the same gender as you. Gender dysphoria is different because it's not just psychological, it's emotional and even physical. If you're born a boy but you feel like a girl but choose to ignore it, people WILL mistake you for a girl anyway.

Being born gay is like being born female, black, Middle-Eastern, Latino or even trans. There's not much you can do about. It's just who you are.

Choosing to ignore is not something you can just do because people will still call you a girl anyway. Denying it isn't good. Being able to have gender reassignment surgery usually help transeople realise their identity and not feel trapped anymore.
