But it comes from the outside, not the inside or something intangible.

i don't care about reality. if i am a shapeshifter i am already ignoring reality. i could shapeshift into goku and nobody can tell me no

what about the power to read minds? that would be scary if somebody knew what i was thinking of

Telekinesis is definitely one of th best powers, but what about magic, eternal life, time travelling or the skill the create universes (warp reality)?

If you could time travel you could enjoy the happiest moments of your life forever, while fixing those horrible mistakes that we all regret so much. Not to mention you could always be young.

I said magic because powerful magicians have huge potential. Their power is not limited, the more they learn, the more powerful they become. See Loki (comics version) he can fly, shapeshift, create illusions, teletransport, heal, beocme invisible, grant superpowers to other beings, astral projection, telekinesis, he even avoided death and reincarnated in a younger body.

Franklin richards can warp reality. Don't like the world how it is? Well, he can go out there and create another one which fits better with his tastes. Nuff said.

Telekinesis is better than flight because you can fly anyway with it.

Actually shapeshifting would be pretty cool too because I could totally sport a pompadour whenever I felt like it. Also I could eat as much donuts as I want and just shapeshift away the fat.

Where would you put the fat? You can't just shapeshift it away, it has to go somewhere.
