This guy who I met in June this year has since been asking me out almost every weekend. I've stated before that I see him as a friend and I'm going to be busy until mid November, but I don't think he's getting it because this weekend he wants to see this with me:

I don't think he wants you to see you naked or have any intentions. I guess he just needs someone go to that show with him. It sounds like he is a bit lonely overall.

I get the feeling that this guy is just trying his luck. If you don't want him to keep asking you out you should be blunt and say it to him. If he doesn't get it, either keep saying it until he does, or ignore him until he stops.
