I actually never owned a GameCube, dad hated video game wasn't I allowed to have them growing up. Played it a handful of times as a kid at a daycare that had one. Granted that was many years ago, but I recall not entirely liking it as I got confused on what most of the buttons did and I think pressed the wrong one a lot.

I only used a gamecube for a small videogame event at uni, so I have zero experience with it. X360 controller is definately easier to learn than the Gamepad but god does the battery holder suck for me; I had to put tape around the batteries so it wouldn't move whenever the controller vibrated.
