You make a good point, but I'm pretty sure Golden Quenn's VA is final. It's Susan Sarandon and she's part of the show's cast. Same goes for Eruptor and Spyro's voices, Those are final for sure.

I believe this episode is focused on one thing, and it gets more serious more into it. I think the plot of this episode is that Kaos somehow stole Eon's beard to make GQ (for whatever reason) Fall in love with him. Eon doesn't know that his beard got switched with a fake one, that is like... doing bad stuff or something.

Spoilered because I think I found the plot of that episode.
