"Now — before you come in saying “but, diet!” or “but, exercise!” I will say I work out regularly and I eat a balanced diet, to the extent that it isn’t a main focus of my life. Could I exercise more, and could I eat less or differently? Sure. But I don’t want to."

Have you gained so much weight that you can't fit into the majority of your clothes? Well no problem, just throw them out and get new clothes.
I do not believe for a second if this woman gained that much weight that she works out regularly and eats a balanced diet. It just doesn't work like that, unless she has some sort of condition your body will not become overweight if you're exercising and eating right.

I'm all for people loving their body at any size, you deserve the right to feel comfortable in your own skin and nobody should be able to tell you differently. But I am gonna judge you if you don't want to have a healthy body, and this goes for thin people with fast metabolisms who eat nothing but gross processed foods and do nothing physical.

To be fair I do remember the time I went username hopping in Flight Rising and found someone who identified as space-gender and witch-gender.
The sad part isn't Buzzfeed talking about this, it's that they aren't making it up.

It was on their front profile, I looked everywhere for evidences of parody account, and before realization hit my brain I noped out as fast as I could. Wish I remembered the username though, I was just clicking around forum drama to see if the people in it were really the tumblrinas they sounded like. I'm sure that if you go looking for the "moon moon is ableist" bullcrap you'll find them there, it was around that time.

lets take a look at me, i'm overweight and had a liver transplant back in 1999..

flash forward to 16 years later, my doctor said i had a high chance of liver failure if i didn't lose enough weight by the time i was...30. i've lost 15 pounds over the summer, and i'm going to continue to lose as much weight as i can.

listen, there's a point when were being overweight is healthy, however, after that point, you have a higher risk of cancer, diabetes, heart diseases and even liver failure.

this is why i hate it when people say stuff like this, it's spreading misinformation

You absolutely can be overweight and healthy, but I was just saying that I assume she isn't healthy because she has gained weight.
Like, I've gained weight too in the past few months, I've went from 108 to 120 because I've actually been going to the gym and gaining muscle. This and having a disorder are the only ways you can gain weight (unless you were previously underweight) and still be healthy. If you eat right and exercise as much as you should you won't gain weight and you won't gain fat.

Also Paris congrats on your weight loss, 15lbs is awesome!

The way you feel can tell you a lot about your body, thin or overweight. If you're someone who is relatively thin and you're tired and sluggish all the time and you're someone who can't walk upstairs without getting winded, you're just as unhealthy as someone who is overweight and you should work to change that. Physically I think this woman looks fine, if she were maintaining this weight and lived a healthy active lifestyle that would be awesome, she looks gorgeous. It was just her attitude of "Eating healthy and working out is hard so I don't wanna" that was off putting. Going to the gym 3-5 days a week and only having one non-binge cheat day a week isn't making it the "main focus" of your life, not that there's anything wrong with that anyway.
