...Even though at one point you clearly see the Skylanders Academy logo. I think Eric actually got lied to and, since he doesn't know about Imaginators, assumed they shared the style. Someone might want to tell him there's not a hint of purple in the Imaginators logo so he can verify that.

The suspense is killing me!

Sticking my eyes on the high quality version of the video, you can also see Roller Brawl for quarter of a second. None of the other flagships have as much purple as she does.

But I really can't distingish what LOOKS like Hex in there. There's a lot of shade in the spot and could just be Stealth Elf in an awkward position since her feet look like large pants when they're close.

o be fair, I think that's the luckiest of the luck, the TV is being seen from a mirror. That's why it's unreadable, later you see some credits and the text is mirror.

edit2: I got it. It's not an Academy only trailer, it shows the older ones at the start(and the Macy's Eruptor for some reason), THEN it moves on to footage from Academy. Eric might've not been informed because it's general stuff.

In a SS16 video, some Academy footage was seen.

Yroc brought up on twitter that he could see Academy footage on a video from Sweet Suite 16. It's not the focus, but it JUST HAPPENS that a mirror behind the Imaginators footage is in fact reflecing a TV with some trailer containing old commercials and Academy footage.

AAHH WIND UP IS IN THE SHOW YAAAY!

Hopefully he'll be part of the main cast!

Comic Con's tomorrow, isn't it? I know they've said they're only going to have the comics there, but I'm betting we'll at least get some kind of a teaser there. Just my personal prediction, don't quote me on that.

Eric already deconfirmed that. But considering they slipped this without him knowing, they could end up showing this trailer regardless if he's there or not.

They weren't confirmed, just leaked.

Also, we didn't even discuss the animation now that we've finally seen it, have we? Camera angles are varied, it seems to have a nice balance of fluid and snappy depending on the character, and the few shots of faces do show plenty of expression. Too bad someone put their face on the TV at the second loop where the camera guy left it on the right angle for almost a full 30 seconds.

Well, you can always download that video, crop and enlarge the screen until it gets only that corner, then mirror the thing so the letters are visible. It's... something, I guess : P

Well I don't mean to post online, just to see the video clearly and find more characters. I only have Windows Movie Maker, the whole thing would be worse than potato quality if I did that.

Netflix shows don't tend to have big openings, do they? I really like normal ones but it might be some boring 30 second slideshow with some epic music. Not that some shows didn't absolutely go crazy with those 30 seconds even being just ok overall.

Maybe they could have a theme song sung by a mainstream pop artist like Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber.

Pop songs don't really fit into Skylanders in my opinion. I prefer a instrumental opening with the same music style as the games.

Please no. Orchestral is fine. Anything not cringy is fine.

Eric started recording with Grey DeLisle today! Mooore Swap Force characters, I don't need to tell anyone that she only voices Smolderdash out of the Skylanders. Unless he's expanding Season 2's villain roster, which then means Mesmeralda.
