Yes it's a break up, but it wasn't even my fault.

If it's any consolation, from what I've seen, polyamory isn't suited for you.
Not to try to tell you what you feel or whatever, but you seem like someone who needs love and to get that, you need to be with one person who will focus on you in that way, and not anyone else.
Relationships like that seem to be too much to handle anyway. IMO it'd be a nightmare, trying to devote equal amounts of your time between each person. :/

If you have to change your relationship preferences entirely to be with this person who otherwise wouldn't bother, she may not be a good fit for you.
You always came off as someone who needed the full attention of your partner, and would be willing to give the same. If I recall correctly you once made a PT implying that someone (the same lady in question?) was ignoring you, and you felt alone and abandoned for it.

That right there says enough that a poly relationship where that other partner will also be occupied with other people, where you're competing for attention and affection, is not for you.

If their is any jealousy, it's very very mild and I am oblivious to it

So if you felt upset enough in PT to talk on it, that makes it clear that you need attention and affection and she probably wasn't providing it because she's juggling so many people in this poly relationship.
Either she's giving everyone equal attention and affection and it's just not enough for you (which doesn't inherently mean you're selfish or an attention whore don't get that idea), or she has/had favorites and you felt less important to her. Either way it's a problem and it feeds into the idea that poly relationships are seriously not for you.

Keep your head up. Life throws challenges all the time. I'm sure once the time passes and you have had enough time to think about things that you will be back to your normal self.

Break ups are never fun, especially when you're really into that person. I hope you can find some peace of mind and do some activities that make you feel happier as a person during this.
