This was a good topic back when it was around, so I thought we'd 'ought to bring it back. Here's one of my confessions:

While it's awesome to get figures of Wolfgang and Golden Queen and such, I'm actually kind of sad that they're becoming fully good. This means a lot of possible stories or events that could happen in the show, the comics or the games can't happen now. For example, Golden Queen getting revenge or something like that. I would have preferred it to see the Doom Raiders temporarily team up with the Skylanders to stop Kaos first, and then go back to their old ways after.

I personally never liked the idea of Villain figures, but I said that many times before, so you all know why...

I think Trap Team is the best Skylanders game so far.

I'm constantly trying to make my mind up about Skylanders. I'm really looking forward to Imaginators, yet part of me is still begging for some standalone Spyro games to make a return. Mind you, I'll never be seen making hate posts about either franchise.

I sold most of my Trap Team collection to get Superchargers, now want to do the reverse.

Confession time:

-Swap Force is so far the best Skylanders game I've played
-Only getting Imaginators to play as Crash :V
-Crash Bandicoot saved Skylanders
-I will get every piece of Crash memorabilia that comes out with Imaginators

Confession: I sold my whole Skylanders collection at one point. I sadly regret it. I just received permission from my wife to start building it again.

I honestly really don't like Crash. I like the fact that he's included and his animations are hilarious but I find his moveset really boring. The Drop Kick is nice though...

I think playing with Crash will be cool, but it is by no means the reason I want to purchase Skylanders: Imaginators.

I've been thinking of doing shipping fanart the entire morning.
The issue is, I don't ship these characters. In fact, I don't like shipping. Just let me think of my comic project, brain.

SuperChargers is my favourite Skylanders game to date!

There are a few Skylanders that I find are so OP that they have a tier of their own in my book:

Beesgusting Tier:
*Bumble Blast (Do I need to say it?)

Unrecognized God Tier:
*Flip Wreck (He's so OP in SC.)

Original God Of Destruction Tier:
*Drobot (On the laser path.)

Super Spoder Tier:
*Spy Rise (He can literally attack in the air while no enemies can hurt him.)

Yes, but certain ones like Blackout, Spotlight, Midnight Museum, Sunscraper Spire, etc. would go for a very high price online. All of the money I have spent on Skylanders in the past could have been spent on so many other video games that have more in-game content and I would actually play. I'm just addicted to collecting Skylanders.

Also, I regret getting any SuperChargers content. I could have gotten $200+ of other things if I had spent nothing on SuperChargers, which I never play. Now that all of those Skylanders are unpackaged, what can I get for them if I ever want to sell them? $5 and a $2 gift card to Dollar Tree? I just... I hate how unpackaged Skylanders lose their worth... Not just monetary worth, but worth to me over a span of time. That's one reason I'm so upset that I want Imaginators and its characters so bad.

I regret using their stickers, but never regret unpacking any box that I get my hands on. I buy a lot of loose Skylanders so that's a luxury to me. Just tear that back carefully,cut the pieces that I can later put on my Skylanders display, and keep the plastic later to carry them around.

I didnt really care about having them then, but considering they are a super rare figure , they could've been a highlight of my collection.

more regret-

i regret selling some of my rarer skylanders (molten hot dog, granite crusher, ect)
i regret not buying spotlight when i had a chance to

i really shouldn't have bought donkey kong. he sucks imo

unpopular opinions-

i don't give a flying fiddle about what bifrost says, scorp is perfect in game and great in figure form
i'm buying a crash edition even though i lack a playstation of any kind (unless you count the PS2 at my grandma's house)
i unironically like eggcited thrillipede
if the yawns ever got "localized", i wouldn't buy them. traps are kinda useless ATM.
wolfgang is overrated. i get it, he's an edgy werewolf but there are much better doom raiders mmmkay
i can relate with gulper. soda is very good
i only have one skylander waifu- splat. she's very happy, likes art, smells like vanilla, got good ass

Hey I'm long past the time I'd argue with people over my distaste for most Swap Force characters, we can agree to disagree.

But if you relate to Gulper,do you relate to Pop Fizz?

I never fully upgrade my characters.

For some reason sometimes I regret not buying figures of the games that I don't have, and later these figures become rare. Like, I didn't bought the Light/Dark packs from Trap Team even if I only have Spyro's Adventure until now.

I regret not getting Bat Spin when I could.

I don't hate Astrblast's figure.

I'm getting tired of people outside of this forum (and some on this forum) seeing Imaginators as nothing more than a new Crash game.

And on a similar note I get tired of people just saying "Spyro/DK/Bowser/Crash is my favorite skylander because familiarity".

I have no issues with TT whatsoever.

When buying astroblast i went for the pack that gave the normal color figures and trophy instead of the legendary. first time i passed on that but the legendary paint job is awful compared to the regular and i don't regret it. also the price was far cheaper.

Not going to bother with the crash starter of imaginators as he'll get a single release later in one of the waves to buy and probably just only going to get a dark starter for ps4. Sorta got burned buying the wii version of superchargers for dark bowser and only the half price starter at the time was a deal. there's nothing besides that which would interest me and with a big enough collection already the dark starter gives everything i'd even bother buying for the game. Though I still have to get through swap force - super chargers.

This one time at skylanders camp...

I regret a part of my collection. (mostly all of the Returnerchargers)

I feel like the franchise won't last long what makes me sad.

I actually really like Nightfall and I think she's a pretty cool character

I mostly play with my customized Spyro.

I'm happy Hood Sickle is in the Dark Element. I would rather have had him than any other Dark villain.

I skipped trap team. I had spent too much money, and want interested in playing as a villain. Now I'm trying to compete my collection and it's nearly impossible.

Yeah, wow, good luck with that one... Trap Team figures are like the amiibo of Skylanders

I want to see Gulper as the Water villain and the Chompy-Mage as the life one, but I doubt it at this point.

Here's mine. (I hope nobody hates me for them.)
Giants and Trap Team are the best Skylander games I've played.
SF and SC are the worst Skylander games in the series that I've played.
I'm pretty much still with Skylanders because of Spyro.
All the dragons/other quadrupeds are my actual favorites.

Superchargers could've been the best game in the series had it not focused too much on vehicles and lacked post-game content.

-I actually really liked Superchargers (just kinda bummed about the post game)
- Regret not buying any of the minis from Trap Team as now there is a hole in my collection
- Never properly finished Trap Team (despite having the game on 3 consoles)

As far as I know, the comics and TV show follow their own canon separate from the games, so they could still be portrayed as villains in other media. And I believe Eric Rogers confirmed the Doom Raiders will be villains in Academy.

But anyway, as for my confessions:
...I actually don't have any that I can think of at the moment.

There's always that one female character that gets released and while everyone freaks out about them, I don't her the hype. This year, it's Ember. She looks cool, but I don't her the big deal about her...

Hex is one of my least favorite characters from Spyro's Adventure. I mean, she's a good one, but I prefer many other characters.

(Runs away in fear).
