I don't keep up on my Shrek universe news so idk.

I'd like if they actually released a quality product after Despicable Me 2 but I guess that isn't gonna happen.

Not even Marvel does that many per yer...

Let us say an animated film takes 5 years to make as an optimistic estimate. If they wanted to release 6 films a year, they would have to have be working on 30 films all at the same time, all at different stages of development.

It's certainly do-able, but I don't see it being profitable and would be a logistical nightmare. Not to mention the complete and utter lack of room for error, which is a serious concern when you're working with ANYTHING computer related (See every disaster videogame release ever).

I agree. That's way overkill. Minus Croods, HTTYD2, Peabody and KFP3, Dreamworks has been disappointing me a ton, and this is coming from a hardcore fan of them. Trolls looks like crap and they have a movie called Boss Baby coming out next year, which sounds terrible and has a **** director too.

Other than Shrek 1 and 2, I can't think of any Dreamworks 3d films I've actually liked.
