I logged onto my account today and right after it loaded it went to a pack opening. Free pack??! I haven't purchased a pack recently. It then led to another pack opening! 2 free packs cool! I'll take it but from then on those cards are not showing in my collection even though it shows I have 16 new cards. Did anyone get free packs or experience something like this.

Depending on your device, it could be just some interface bugs not showing through. I'm presuming when you logged on you already finished the tutorial beforehand right? I had the same thing too which was long before the story got overhauled. The solution to seeing the new cards might be to do a fresh reinstall, its worked for me many times in the past!

Have you guys tried reinstalling the app to see if the cards show up? If you've tried that and they still don't show up, let me know.

I tried reinstalling twice already. Still no luck. When I go to the collection page where it shows all the cards, it shows the cards I received greyed out like I don't have them but then it says "NEW!" underneath

I had pretty much the same experience. Started the game tonight, it randomly automatically opened two boosters from out of nowhere.

Never actually got the cards, they're still flagged as "New" in the collection icon, but if I go to those cards I see that I actually have LEVELS in them (including one that's Level 10 because I got a Silver Foil from the fake booster) even though I don't have the card unlocked.

Possibly related - even though I have a physical "Too Hot To Handle" card that I hadn't gotten around to scanning, I'm unable to scan it in now. I had a physical Nitro Tank as well, and that one DID work, giving me a Level 2 card and actual ownership rights after the scan.

Came to the forum to post about this problem. Good to see the developers are looking into it

Still seems to have the same issues as before - those random "free cards" still have levels, but aren't colored and aren't available for use. Tried restarting the app, tried restarting the phone altogether, neither made a difference.

(To answer your previous question, I can't add them to a deck, and if I sort by "My Cards" none of the error cards appear as owned.)

The only one I'm worried about is "Too Hot To Handle" - I think I'lll be able to scan/earn the other cards, but THTH is at a level where I don't even have the option to unlock it using a ticket, and I'm pretty sure it rejects scanning it because of this.

Sadly, no. Still no luck - I still have those several "NEW" notifications and the actual cards aren't unlocked. They can't be used in decks, they aren't listed towards the overall number of cards unlocked, but they do have the levels earned from those glitched packs.

If I scan an actual card or find the card in the "free pack of the day," it gets unlocked (at Level 2). All except my Too Hot To Handle which was a Glitched Foil (it's Level 10 but I can still spend coins to level it up so it was probably a virtual Silver Foil).

If it wasn't for that one card I wouldn't really care - they were bonus cards that I wasn't expecting to get anyway, but if one of them keeps me from ever being able to unlock Too Hot To Handle that's a card I'll never be able to earn ...

Same problem here. Was hopping for a fix.
