I can't have ONE opinion or ask anything without being retaliated against and have a couple people misread it and bash me on it.

I just think that. If people want to say a different word because it's their opinion, they can, and you shouldn't have the right to tell them not to.
I think if you learned that we aren't being personal and are just defending and debating our opinions, these things wouldn't happen

On the one hand, keep calm and don't take it too personally.

On the other hand, I agree that people seem to react more harshly and blunt to your posts than they would someone else, and I'd like it if people chilled on that.

The thing is, people seem to word their opinions differently to Windumup than they do others.

If I express an opinion people will often just disagree or say "yeah I guess you got a point" (even if I'm not actually sure of my own point?). If Windumup does people usually disagree quickly and bluntly, and sometimes throw in an insult or term that implies complete disregard of the opinion.

If you disagree by all means go for it but don't be a jerk about it.

Windumup I read several of the gaming threads which by the way can be very helpful to me if I need further information on a game that I'm considering purchasing. There have been several arguments about games that I feel should have been avoided but they weren't all because of different opinions. I do believe that when you state an opinion the way you state that opinion as in (in your face and I'm right and your opinion is invalid) I understand why the others seem to be getting in your face. One thing to remember it's an opinion which means it may or may not be an accurate statement. The beauty of an opinion is it's a thought, it's what you think. No one has to accept your opinion cause their opinion just might be all together different then yours.

This is just my opinion on your opinion why everyone disagrees with your opinion. Mind you, it's only an opinion.
