How much anime must one watch before being considered a weeb
I've currently watched only 34 in total but some of those were extremely lengthy, like DBZ, D. Gray-Man, and FMAB

Weeb isn't only about watching anime. You can watch every series ever and not be one. To truly be weeaboo, you must live anime. Have anime desktop images, anime related video-games, other anime related merchandise, and talk about animes almost all the time with your friends.

My desktop image is the default one because I never cared enough to change it, I don't buy anime vitty games, I don't have anime merchandise, and I don't have friends

Truly, the term comes from 4Chan and is about western anime fans who obsess with anime and Japan itself so much they disregard their own culture to pretend to be Japanese. They also aim to visit Japan one day mostly because anime capital of the world. Quote: 84skylanderdude
You are disgrace to weeaboos everywhere then, go sit in the corner of shame.

There's many ways people will consider someone a Weeboo, some of them are a little unfair.

Is there any term for a big anime fan that doesn't have negative connotations? Weeb and otaku are both derogatory terms.

Only one episode.
Then you're a weeb. Baro's only ever seen Doraemon (to my knowledge), and he's a weeb to me. |

That counts. Also another rule is anyone can be a weeb for any amount of anime, but if you're judging, you aren't. i.e. Seal is a weeb, Baro is a weeb, Sess is a weeb, but I'm not. |

What would be the term for someone who regards Western Animation over Anime, but doesn't despise, judge, or hate anime, and finds it unique in it's own way?
Oh, how I especially love the Nineties of Western Animation, and retro cartoons like Looney Tunes of the 30's-50's (Merry Melodies) Harman-Ising, Fleisher Studios, Van Bueran.... my those days are long past by. |

When you completely obsess over it, make your entire lifestyle about it, and talk about nothing but it, you are a weeb.

Depends on the tone and intention.
Ghost in the Shell, Akira, Wolf's Rain, The Cat Returns: Not weeb. Haruhi, Lucky Star, K-ON!: Totally weeb.

I honestly don't get the appeal of Lucky Star. Though tbf I only saw the first episode and decided it wasn't very good.
