Remember of that animated adult movie called Sausage Party? Well, the movie was shown in the South by Southwest Film Festival during March 2016, and the inicial reaction was good. At Rotten Tomatoes, the movie is with a 100% rating, with a average rating of 6.5/10. Critics praised the humor (and it's "shock value"). The movie will be released in August 12, 2016.

I honestly couldn't care less if it's bad or not. I'm seeing it regardless, and I hope others do the same. The more profitable this film is, the more likely mainstream adult animation will be made. And I'm sure the future films will be much better than what we will get with Sausage Party. It worked well for Deadpool and R-rated superhero films, let's hope it happens with this.

I'll give the likes of Seth Rogan and James Franco some merit compared to the likes of Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller and Kevin James, who can all sit down with whatever they have left alone after hurting so many and ask themselves "Was it all worth it?".
