I want to joke Skylanders has more wiggle room now but really, the competition didn't have to end like this. It's not healthy, though I have a bad feeling Activision knew this was coming and is holding onto the 6kylanders announcement to make sure they can't come back around.

The worst part is that nobody cares. My friends won't care, my brother won't care... It's such a sad day and that is the icing on the cake. I hate what this industry does to people's sense of compassion.

What's weird is that Activision is known to be the heartless franchise murderer, yet they're keeping S6 and made sure to confirm it *twice*, while DI fans get a tweet and the only reason is sales didn't meet expectations despite being just 3 games in. But it's the AAA industry; money wasted and potential for money forgotten because everyone is afraid of risk and change.

I don't post in the DI topic because I'm just barging in where I don't know, but my heart's out to our rivals.

They will not even release the content for the rest of 2016. No new Disney Play Set, no new Star Wars Play Set, no more Marvel Characters, no more Disney Originals characters. Really sad to see all these great plans simply disappear.

Strangely this news made me a little less optimistic for the Toys-to-Life market.

I went out with a friend of mine yesterday and I asked him to hold my purse while I put stuff in the back of the truck (Keep in mind we're in a parking lot at 9pm, there's nobody around to see him) and when I turn around he has his foot propped up on the tire and my purse on his knee.
Like, you're not suddenly going to transform into a lady because you held my purse. Chill. cx

Actually Activision has the reputation of being the franchise milker. The one to make several installments regularly (if not yearly) for IPs like CoD, Skylanders, Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk, and so forth until there's nothing left to profit from; in which case they dump what's left of the IP (this is what they did with the latter two until attempting to revive them recently).

i made freaking "edible" egg-free chocolate chip cookie dough and well it sure tastes good, it tastes like diabetes alright
i should give up being fit and just eat this the rest of my life

edit: i ate all of it and now im sad
edit 2: ok i have that "i don't feel good" feeling that i get when i eat too much brownie mix or coookie dough
ok so i don't know if the flour was actually flour or if it was pancake mix but if it was pancake mix what if there's like powdered eggs or something in there whoops

I guess that he could if he wanted since people could fake a PM for harassment, but to get to that point it'd have to be a messy case anyway, he probably doesn't have reason to most of the time.

I don't actually remember if he can,though, but most forums have that ability for high ranking mods.
