Yeah, sorta. None are from any "purely" medieval fantasy (if that makes sense), but they're all from different kinds of fantasy fiction in general.

Argonians are lizards. They don't have tits.

In Morrowing you could walk around naked as an Argonian, because they had no visible bits to hide.

Soul Reaver doesn't have girls. The only one I chatted with was a tormented spirit with a half-torn face. Even she refused the advances of the handsome (if somewhat burned up), soul-eating wraith hero.

Warhammer 40K does actually have girls, but religious fanaticism combined with lust for murdering aliens isn't exactly a huge turn-on.

Those are good guesses though. I didn't think anybody would even remember that I like Legacy of Kain.

That's a good guess too, but no. Cortana may be hot (especially in her newest form), but she's an AI, and she's kinda went down that "mad with power"-road in the last game.
