That's just in your copy of the game. In the copy of the game I have Falco didn't get his ship blown up throughout the whole game, Slippy constantly got his ship blown up and Peppy got his ship blown up 8 times.

Ship blown up is only a result of you not caring about your teammates.

^Inherently false. Attacked is impossible to prevent. You can prevent them from taking damage, but they will always be attacked at the same point.
