JoJo is a mango/animu adventure in a world of buff people where they either use their powers to punch things or create Personas that punch things. Vampires come up often.

Noooo, not that kind of vampire. I mean actually good villain vampires.

I remember someone describing it as Shin Megami Tensei Persona with too much testosterone, but dunno if you're familiar with that either.

jojo's bizarre adventure is about fabulous men beating up zombies and vampires with sun karate while posing along the way.

part 3 and onwards, it's fabulous men beating each other up with ghosts they can summon, all while they pose fabulously.

Jojo's Bizarre adventure is about the Joestar family line, starting with Johnathan Joestar and Dio Brando. Dio uses a stone mask that turns him into a vampire, Johnathan trains in Hamon (ripple) which is pretty much sun energy to defeat Dio. That's only part 1...
