I just thought this would be a good idea for any cooks. I don't know if it will take off but if you would like to post a recipe post it here so other's can cook it. smilie

My recipes:
Mad Jack's pasta

A box of noodles
~two quarts of water
2 tbsp of olive oil (seasoned if you so desire)
1 tsp pepper*
1 tsp garlic* (minced clove or powder)
~2 1/2 cups of pasta
~1/2 cup of parmasan cheese
~4 oz of butter
*will also work with garlic-pepper seasoning or anything of that sort


Put water, olive oil and seasoning (garlic and pepper) in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
Add pasta and cook until instructed.
Drain the water and add parmasan and butter slowly while sturring.
Serve and enjoy!
