I figure Easter weekend. I also think we will see patina burn cycles along with bronze Thrillipede's and Buzz wings and they all will be TRU exclusives at first. Then Walmart and gamestop will get them 3 months later.

I'm extra hyped to use Buzz Wing today for some reason. Guess I just want wave 5 to hurry up .

There's a possibility we'll have Single Deep Dive Gill Grunt, Single Reef Ripper, Single Double Dare Trigger Happy and Single Gold Rusher, but there is zero indication of that so far.

Also, here's a picture that shows Single Super Shot Stealth Elf, in case some people wonder why it is in the list. Just noticed she is called "Sure Shot" on that picture lol...

It's kind of a hack job package. The artwork shouldn't be reversed because her weapon's asymmetrical.

We want Buzz Wing & Thrillipede ASAP!!! Need release info on these two!!!

We've had to wait longer for wave 5 in the past, this isn't anything new. Just wait until April or May.

Not to mention in previous years, Wave 4 would just be arriving now. But, I'm anxious too to finish up this game as well, not to mention his vehicle looks to be one of the more interesting ones.

All the sales happening now used to happen in june and july, especially after giants and swapforce with gamestop. supechargers for their releases are just about done now ahead of schedule due to their earlier release last year. I'm throwing my hat in that there won't be a wave 5 and the power blues and easter might be the last.

I wouldn't be surprised that buzz wing ends up in austrailia and no where else or in europe only due to the power blues not making there. if not and there's just a reveal of sky 6, that'll just further support that sc is done.

Now to see if they remain overseas exclusive. I remember talking On the phone, or maybe it was Activision Assist that told me, that the Yawn Traps were exclusive to overseas, no reason to think they can't do it again. Got my eyes very much on May. Will be cool if these release, so this game can be put behind us and hopefully TFB made better choices with Sky 6. Only time will tell, as with all things.

Not everyone lives overseas and this is an overseas listing. So, until these release in the states, it seems that outside of importers, some American Skylanders fans still have no release info about these two, or a means to get them, unless American sites start listing them.

If they never are released over here, it only costs about $65 USD (64.14 at the time of writing) to get both shipped over here.


Much less than just one Yawn trap.

This game is geared towards kids. Kids don't know how to order from overseas, and the whole world doesn't revolve around Darkspyro.net, so not every kid knows of this site in order to tell mommy that "hey, import these for me." Your average mom/dad who buys these for their kids don't know of this site, nor know about importing. If I weren't a gamer who was used to importing Final Fantasy games back in the day, heck, I wouldn't know either. World doesn't revolve around us fans who know about importing either, so should these not release, the alienating continues on behalf of Activision/TFB/VV or whoever is half responsible for making sure these get in the hands of customers.

Tbh I doubt most kids will be bothered if they can't get their hands on Thrillipede and Buzz Wing. You have to remember not everybody is intent on getting every single figure, (It's mostly the adults) and in this case I don't think there's any less content if these characters are hard to come by.

Yes, when paired, each supercharger and their vehicle unlock a challenge. Think of it as a Heroic Challenge, except with vehicles and no permanent stat given for completion.

And with this brand, there should never exist, the word "possibly." They "will" should always be etched in the minds of customers without giving any thought to a probability. I never have to question if the competition will release what they intend to release, but with this series, we now have to question "if or probably."

Happened before but GM78 is just being hyperbolic as usual. Mostly traps which have no gameplay difference from the common ones, or some rare late wave character in games that had WAY more unique characters.

Well, from what people have said in Europe, Series 2 Drobot supposedly was never released there. As we know, he unlocked a Heroic Challenge in Giants.

So far, the only things we haven't gotten in NA are the three Yawn Traps, single pack Jet-Vac, triple packs 8 and 9 from Giants meaning we only got Series 2 Bash once, and triple packs 5 and 6 from Swap Force.

Yup, I never saw a single series 2 Drobot in the UK.

I mean if they're willing to do that to customers in the UK, no reason they can't do it to folks in the U.S. They've already demonstrated it with the Yawn Traps, and people who got Portal Owners packs for Giants thinking single Jet Vac would be released, ended up being wrong.

Problem is, if stores are having to sale, sale, sale Superchargers, they might not order Buzz and Thrill with confidence they will sell without having to slap sale stickers on it.

It's true. I've never noticed it before, but figures are staying on shelves and eventually getting reduced.

I think UK also never got Royal Double Trouble.

May 13th is the initial release date for EU, and, other than the West Coast port strikes last year, Skylanders characters usually release in America first. I wonder if they'll pull an Enigma and put them out in verrrry late April this year again?

I'll get both of them: thrillipede has been my favourite design in this game and buzz wing flapping action is cool. I hope the offer of 2x1 currently happening in media markt still exists in mid may.

Almost EVERY wave I can think of has popped up on a foreign Amazon listing first, whether it's Europe, Italy, or Timbuktu. These are not a repose or a aesthetic change; they are completely new characters and vehicles. They've never let a new character go unreleased. I'll see you at TRU when Thrillipede is out

My problem is that without knowing release dates, I have a decision to make. Do I spend a little and import it now, or do I wait and risk not getting it or having to spend potentially A LOT MORE. Part of the problem with their release cycle is that it feeds the sellers.

If they pull an availability problem with figures again, I'm bailing. no questions asked.
