Batman ripped off James Bond [CLOSED]

who grew up in a rich family
who's parents were killed as a boy and lived as an orphan
who has/had a accented butler/caretaker
who drives armored cars to fight bad guys
who uses gadgets to fight villains
who is still haunted by his dark past

James Bond.

Not necissarily.
Bond has given up his 007 status and quit MI6 before to seek revenge after his best friend's wife was killed and his best friend was halfway eaten by a shark (long story). Bond isn't always doing it for a mission, he's described as a pretty brutal killer in the books, and has gone rogue a few times. He's also saved the world and the human race on occasion, prevented at least 2 WW3's, stopped 2 space lasers, and the elimination of all life on earth through a space station and a virus outbreak, mastered most fighting styles, has incredible accuracy with most weapons, and looks incredibly handsome even at 72 years old. the 50s 007 could beat 40s and 50s batman anyways
