Out off all the 182 active mods I have in my skyrim I recommend Inigo the most. It's a follower mod that is absolutely fantastic! (follower mods don't work with inigo but it's worth it!)
Frostfall, wet and cold, wet and cold ashes, all of the HD texture mods and the unofficial skyrim patch (because everyone needs it) also Ineed or realistic needs and diseases, alternate start or skyrim unbound, wurmstrom (don't know how spell) and I can't remember the names of the rest of the mods so i'll put it up later if you want.

I'm not big into mods, so I just use Steam Workshop for a few. Those being
-Essential Horses
-Horse bags
-Multiple Followers

I do recommend Wet and Cold and Frostfall.

It's a damage-control system that we set up that randomly prevents people from quoting posts made by hunters. The idea was that it lessens the blowback from when one of us eventually says something stupid without it seeming like deliberate censorship.

Jk, we don't have anything like that.
