It seems I hit the nerve. Relax, Blizzard is great.
I do not comment or have any opinion - good or bad - about games I didn't play by myself, why should I?
I do not know how long do you play Diablo 3 and how far are you in this game. But if you have fun with it - it is great, I'm glad that it is fantastic for you, enjoy it.
I played long enough because I like it. But it has flaws and a lot of them. It would be not smart to deny it. And I see that developers do not fix them over long period of time or sometimes "fix" something in very strange way no one were asked for.
But sure - yeah, "lunatic", "whiner" - way to go if someone is trying to say anything not positive about Blizzard.
According to you, they aren't "great" - they have been going downhill since they sold Blizzard North. Not a nerve, I just call people out when they double speak or have obvious flaws in their points.
Saying something is "lunacy" is different from calling someone a "lunatic". Someone here does need to "relax".
And yes you are a whiner when you talk about all these flaws, how it isn't balanced, how they lied about number of builds, how they aren't for "gamers" anymore, they don't listen to you, yet you still spent "hundreds of hours" playing it. Either you are a glutton for punishment or you are vastly overstating your complaints - ie, being a "whiner". I know when a game doesn't live up to my expectations, I don't dump weeks of my life into it.
I, my wife and oldest son have played it plenty, my wife was really into Seasons until fairly recently. One of my best friends hovers around the Leaderboards frequently. I'm pretty familiar with it. No game is perfect, but if you can craft a game where people dump hundreds and hundreds of hours into it, you have made something pretty darn special.
There is one thing about Blizzard that is very consistent. People that play their games constantly, yet complain the whole time - and talk about how far they have fallen from "not listening to the gamers" and how you are going to stop playing their games if they don't fix it all. Ho hum.
