Hmmm...yes...yes, that's also a possibility. At the end it would up to who thinks about this in the first place.

The magic bus may not have heard abut the dragonballs or the dragon itself, though. Or he could even turn into the dragon himself and have as many wishes as he wants ( I don't remember if the dragon vanished for a certain time after granting a wish).

On the other hand goku could ask the dragon to turn him into a the magic school bus as well...

Ohhh, this is too complicated...like the time travelling controversies.
