The Rotten Tomatoes one is inexcusable, but think about the other ones. Roger Ebert is dead, so that review is fake and slander against Norm. And IMDB's is probably just a typo, since if you take out the dot, then it becomes 39/10. This score is fitting because it is beyond exceptional, much like the movie it is about.
