What do you think the name of the new sparx rank will be?

Alicecarp is only 150 gems away from it, so Dark should add the new rank in the next 9-15 weeks.

Whatever it is people will briefly freak about it and then come back in another 3 or so years to talk about the next rank.

Years ago when alicecarp was closing in on the end of the Emerald Sparx rank people were speculating what the next rank was be before it had been determined Platinum.

There will probably always be a new rank. I doubt Dark will just end the chain when there's more gems to be earned and Alice isn't the only user with reasonable chances of reaching the new rank (Carm and BH_W in particular come to mind as users who frequently reach the new ranks not too long after Alice).

The rank didn't exist until someone reached it as Dark needed to add it because someone was reaching it. As for actual speculations... I'd like to see Sapphire Sparx be a thing, but would think a progression from Platinum. Diamond is a possibility, but Crystal could be possible as well to give room to progress to Diamond later. Onyx would be interesting.

If you look through the url's there is no sparx after Platinum yet.

The little Sparx icon url's follow a pattern, Code:

Just increment up the very last number, 3_1 is red, 3_2 is green and so on. 3_7 is platinum and 3_8 leads nowhere. //forum.darkspyro.net/images/group_3_8.png

I'm sure Dark already has the rank in mind, he just probably hasn't fully coded it in yet as he's waiting for it to be a bit closer so that those who know all the secret ways to dig around and find it (like spyro and sonic just tried to do) or potential slip ups that would create glitches prevent it from being revealed too early.

Before Alicecarp turned Platinum Sparx and everyone was debating what it would be, I remember thinking I'd be either Diamond or Sapphire.

Now I'm thinking it might be one of them, but all I know is everyone's going to hype up about it. Then everyone will be like meh, then freak out about the next one. Pretty much what CAV said.
