I got INFP-A. Which I have to say is kind of interesting, considering I've only ever gotten INFJ before. (Then again, the dividing traits between them were near 50/50, so not that huge a difference.)

Took it a second time, see if I'd get the usual this time, and got ISTJ-A.

It depends. I usually get ISTP or sometimes INTP, but my friend tells me that I seem more like an ISTJ.

Exactly, all personality tests are influenced by your emotions and current self esteem so they aren't entirely accurate. Especially if you have any mood disorders.

Exactly, all personality tests are influenced by your emotions and current self esteem so they aren't entirely accurate. Especially if you have any mood disorders.


That's why I think it's easier to take a look of what all the letters mean and evaluate yourself.

I actually got something different every time on this test, but looking at the personality types and what each letter stands for I'm strongly an ENFJ.

http://www.personalitypathways.com/type_inventory.html This is also considered a test, but it gives you not only a definition of each letter but examples of them in situations. Plus they don't ask you questions, it's just click which letter you think describes you more.

For example, I may also be an ENFP, but I find myself more of a J because I do work best when I have a plan in front of me. While I'm inclined to procrastinate and not plan, that's only because I'm used to it. It actually brings me a lot of stress, and every day I wish I can start things ahead. I'd RATHER start things ahead. That's why I think these tests, or at least other people telling you what you are, kind of suck. Because what you're inclined or feel to do may not actually be what you are.

I don't like these because it takes more to describe someone than a few letters. For example, if someone's more balanced between introvert and extrovert, well, **** you, gotta be an I or a E on this. It's also the barnum effect at work. That said, it's kinda fun to do these tests if you don't take it too seriously.

EDIT: Oh yeah I usually get INTJ or whatever on these, this one gave me INTJ-T
